The company also has its own foundry branch in Pengzhou City, with more than 40 employees, including 5 professional and technical personnel with medium and senior titles. Adhering to the enterprise philosophy of "Technology is Benefit, Quality is Life", the company adopted the advanced and environmentally friendly "V-process" casting technology and resin-coated sand technology in China at the initial stage of its establishment. At present, the company has one "green" semi-automatic V-process production line, and one 0806 and one 146 green sand automatic production line respectively, which can meet the casting of various types and specifications of gray iron and ductile iron products, with an annual casting output of more than 6,000 tons. The foundry branch is also equipped with various testing equipment such as spectral analyzers, metallographic detectors, on-site rapid analyzers and mechanical performance testing equipment to ensure product quality and mechanical properties.

The company can realize self-sufficiency from casting blanks to finished accessories.

In addition, after multiple inspections and evaluations by Xindu District Education Bureau and Chengdu Modern Manufacturing Vocational and Technical School, the company formally signed a cooperation agreement with Chengdu Modern Manufacturing Vocational and Technical School in November 2013 to co-construct a student training base. At present, 70 sets of various CNC lathes, 70 sets of various ordinary lathes, 20 sets of 850 and 600 vertical machining centers and CNC milling machines, 1 set of five-axis machining center and 1 set of 130 machining center have been installed in the base. The testing instruments include 1 set of FLY1086 coordinate measuring machine, 1 set of 5025 deflection tester, 1 set of HBD-3000A hardness tester, 1 set of 5100 flaw detector, 1 set of JB-5C desktop roughness tester and 1 set of JX13B universal tool microscope. The infrastructure construction and preliminary preparation of the training base have been fully completed and put into use, becoming a key demonstration training base for vocational colleges and universities nationwide.
